I believe the self-awareness gained in therapy is internalized over time and becomes a strength you can carry with you beyond the therapy room. As an integrative-relational counsellor,  I feel that therapy starts with the relationship between counsellor and client, which is built on trust, acceptance and understanding. 

In addition to my private practice in Fulham, I work at a University at their Centre for Wellbeing and am part of their eating disorder team.

Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Overeating from the NCFED, the National Centre For Eating Disorders, which includes training in nutritional rehabilitation.

Degree from University of Richmond

Accredited member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
