I believe the self-awareness gained in therapy is internalized over time and becomes a strength you can carry with you beyond the therapy room. As an integrative-relational counsellor, I feel that therapy starts with the relationship between counsellor and client, which is built on trust, acceptance and understanding.
In my work with clients, I've dealt with issues including:
Body and Self-Image
Work Related Issues
Grief and Bereavement
Overeating, Restricting, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating
